The meeting is aimed at the trust’s 13,000 members and anyone who uses SLaM’s services or wants to find out more about what they do.
Monday 9 November, 4pm – 6pm

It is a great opportunity to give feedback or ask questions about your experiences and meet with members of the trust’s leadership team. Come along and have your say. The meeting will be chaired by a publicly elected governor of the Trust.
How to get involved:
- Come along to the meeting. Everyone is invited – if you are currently using SLaM’s mental health or addictions services, or have a friend or relative who is, they would especially like to hear from you.
- Share your ideas: if you have views you would like to share or questions you would like raised at the meetings please share them on twitter using the handle @maudsleynhs and #slamhaveyoursay
Refreshments will be provided.
You do not have to RSVP but it would be helpful to know for planning purposes whether you will be attending. Please contact Carol Stevenson on 020 322 2411 or email@example.com
