Get fit for FREE in Croydon with Our Parks!

Our Parks work with councils and development agencies to offer quality group outdoor exercise programmes for users in local parks and community settings, all for free, with the aim of improving the health outcomes of individuals.

They are offering free exercise classes in Wandle Park and Duppas Hill for those that are looking to get back into exercise.   They are fun, free and inclusive to all fitness levels.
