The Borough Commander, Chief Superintendent Dave Stringer, addressed a meeting he called on the evening of 5 July, 2019, to appeal to the community for any information that might help identify the person who fatally stabbed heavily pregnant Kelly Mary Fauvrelle in her home one week ago.

Sadly she and her unborn child, Riley, died as a consequence of this attack.

The meeting also sought to hear concerns in the local community around this incident.

Three CCC committee members attended, with the Chair live-tweeting on the night.
