Community Meeting with the Borough Commander – 19 Sept, 6pm – South Norwood

Notice of meeting, via email, sent on behalf of the South Norwood Policing Team:

4.16pm on 18 Sept, 2019

“This morning, your local Police supported by Pan Metropolitan Police units, have carried out a large policing operation that focused in and around the wards of South Norwood and Woodside. 

This operation has been conducted in a direct response to local concerns regarding levels of crime in South Norwood.

The focus of Police activity has been against those individuals believed involved in serious crime including violence, firearms offences, the supply of controlled drugs, burglary and theft. 

South Norwood local policing team are holding a meeting on Thursday 19Th September 2019 at 18:00 hours at STANLEY HALLS, 12 South Norwood Hill, SE25 6AB.

Present at this meeting will be the Croydon borough Commander Chief Superintendent Dave Stringer along with local Dedicated Ward Officers to discuss any concerns residents may have in regards to the Policing operation.”
