Petition – Stop anti-social drinking in Norbury Hall Park

The petition to Croydon Council and the Metropolitan Police started by Friends of Norbury Hall Park reads,

“Local residents and visitors to Norbury Hall Park have had enough of the blight of litter and other anti-social behaviour caused by heavy drinking in our lovely park and surrounding area. We are therefore petitioning the London Borough of Croydon and Metropolitan Police to take action now and instate a Public Space Protection Order or a controlled Drinking Zone covering the park and surrounding streets.

Help us make Norbury Hall Park a wonderful community green space everyone can enjoy.”
