Purley Food Hub is a registered charity, keen to receive donations to support their work.
It serves people in need in Croydon, not just the immediate Purley area.
Purley Food Hub appreciates the generous food donations received from community groups, churches and schools and individuals to support their work.
Purley Food Hub thanks everyone for their ongoing support and reports,
“In the first four months of 2017, 400 people going through hard times have come to the Food Hub for food parcels – 140 of them for the first time – and we have been able to provide food for just over 900 men, women and children.
At 3 meals a day for 3 days for each client and family member, that’s more than 8,000 meals since January…and more than 82,000 meals since the Food Hub started in 2013.
We continue to be most grateful for CCC’s support.”
Purley Food Hub is particularly seeking the following items this month:
PLEASE NOTE: CCC will also have a collection at our meeting on 10 May 2017.

They also welcome financial donations to support their work. Financial donations are used to buy special items needed, including formula milk, nappies and sanitary items as well as pre-paid bus fares for clients to make the trip home with heavy bags of tinned food.
