Members are invited to attend the AGM, starting at 7pm, to receive a report on our activities over the past year and to vote in the new committee.

Public meeting
The AGM will be followed by a meeting, open to all, from 7.30 – 9pm.

The committee has invited several parties to speak and details will be updated as they are known. Anyone is welcome to raise an item for discussion in this meeting or to offer a notice. Feel free to note the item or notice as a comment on this post.

The committee is particularly interested in hearing what you feel the focus of meetings in the year ahead should be.

Tea and coffee will be available on the night.

If you are unable to attend but would like your apologies noted, please email

Please book a free place to help us cater for numbers. We do not have full use of the hall so places are limited and preference will be given to members and to those booking a place.

All members of the current committee are happy to stand for re-election.

Any member can stand for election and this may be as a general committee member or for a specific post.  It is important though that anyone standing is willing to take an active role in the running of the group.

All committee roles are voluntary.

If you would like to know more, please get in touch.  The current committee is very happy to discuss this with you.

To indicate your intention to stand, please email by 20 November 2016.

All updates will appear here on our website.

CCC events are open to everyone and our activities are apolitical.
