CCC Public Meeting – Mon 4 July 2016

Please join us for our public meeting being held at:

St Mary’s Church Hall
Addington Village Road

Our meetings are open to anyone and are strictly apolitical.

Cats Protection
Carly Bradbury from Cats Protection will be joining us to explain the benefits of neutering cats and an exciting community project that will take place in New Addington this shortly.

General discussions
The meeting will then open up for notices and discussion of any other subjects offered by those attending.

There will also be local information on display and copies to take away.

Doors open at 7pm, when tea and coffee will be available and you’ll have the chance to meet others attending.

The meeting will start from 7.20pm.

The meeting will be open for you to share your views, offer a notice or propose a topic for discussion.

We will aim to finish around 8.45pm to allow those attending to speak informally, to clear up, and for us to vacate the venue by 9pm.

There is some free on street parking.  There is also a small parking area behind the hall.

The hall is on tram and bus routes.
