Croydon Interfaith bike ride and picnic – 5 June 2016

Faiths Together in Croydon is holding another bike ride and picnic on Sunday 5 June 2016 following on from the success of last year’s! The event involves a bike ride through Croydon, visiting different faith centres along the way and concluding with a picnic in Park Hill Park. The event is open to all.

The bike ride will be led by professional cycling instructors who will safeguard the ride and funds are being raised  to cover this. Anyone can help by making a contribution to cover the cost of this. Donations are sought via Spacehive and some funding and offers of help have already been received. but more is needed.

This  will be a fun day out for everyone – young and old – and a great way to celebrate the diversity of faith in Croydon.

You can bring along your own bicycle or you can hire a bicycle at the Croydon Arena.

Those not keen on cycling can join in at any of the venues at the scheduled times and at the Big Picnic at 2.30pm.

And don’t forget to bring along a picnic!

12.00pm – The West Croydon Baptist Church, Whitehorse Rd, CR0 2JH

1.30pm – Croydon Mosque, 525 London Rd, Thornton Heath CR7 6AR

2.30pm – Park Hill Park, Fairfield Rd, Croydon – Big Picnic
