Improving the Health and Independence of Older People in Croydon

Update on Outcomes Based Commissioning (OBC) Programme Event

NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Croydon Council are working together to deliver a new approach to commissioning services for people over 65, known as Outcomes Based Commissioning (OBC) – stating that they are putting what matters most to older people and their families at the heart of everything they do.

Public involvement has been taking place over the Summer and the CCG state that views and feedback have been vital in the development of the service.

But it does not stop there.

Your feedback is still crucial to ensure the patient is at the centre of the services provided.

Croydon CCG would like to invite you to an event to:

• Hear the progress made so far on the development of the service

• Give your views on what is important to deliver the service

• Share your experiences and ensure the patient voice is heard

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU?
