CCC AGM and Public Meeting – Thurs 16 July 2015 from 7 to 9pm

AGM details

The AGM has been brought back in line with previous years, as noted at the reconvened AGM in November 2014.

It will be held on Thursday 16 July 2015 in the centre of Croydon and will include a public meeting as well as the AGM.

Interested in standing for committee?

The committee is elected each year at the AGM and anyone is welcome to stand for election or to nominate another to stand, with their consent.

Those willing to stand can stand for a specific post or as a general committee member.

Whether a general member or a specific post holder, it is important that everyone standing is willing to take an active role in the running of the group.

All committee roles are voluntary.

The current committee meet to plan meetings and discuss activities, as well as hosting public meetings at frequent intervals.  We also attend other events and meetings to contribute and to keep abreast of issues and developments in Croydon. CCC committee also run a website and social media accounts.

If you would like to know more about what fulfilling the role of a general committee member or a specific post involves, please get in touch.  The current committee is very happy to discuss this with you.
