CQC public meeting on health services on Croydon
A meeting is being held on 3 June. As there has been no notice of this meeting, most only receiving details on Friday, the PPG network and others are pushing for another public consultation event.

CCG Consultation on Older People
Croydon’s Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are looking for patients and carers interested in attending a meeting on 24 June on improving health and independence of the over 65s or joining their list for future events and updates. Hard copies of the information were made available. See:

Copies of the latest bulletin were made available on the night. Details can be found here.

Updated list of organisations
CCC are building up a current list of Residents’ Associations and groups, as well as a list of conservation and park groups as the council does not hold a current list of either of these.

All were asked to help build the lists with current details.

A list will appear on the website shortly, including Croydon Heritage Festival – from 20 June, South End Food Festival on 28 June, Purley Festival from 29 June, South Norwood Community Festival on 5 July and Ambition Festival from 23 July.

The New Addington Carnival and Parade will be held on 13 and 14 June. The website is not currently working, but there is a Facebook event page.

These are uploaded onto the CCC website. Croydon’s local policing teams are keen to get more residents signing up to receive their local team’s newsletter.  Occasional important updates are also sent out. Just email the local SNT to be added to the circulation list.
